UAB Medical West

Prior to UAB Medical West's acquisition of the property, Bhate conducted a Phase 1 environmental site assessment and a preliminary geotechnical evaluation. Following the finalization of site development plans, a specific subsurface exploration and geotechnical evaluation were completed. We provided input to the project’s structural and civil engineers during the preparation of bid and construction documents. Additionally, field observations and testing were carried out during earthwork, underground utility installation, and the construction of foundations (including drilled shafts), floor slabs, and first-story columns across all buildings.
