Portico at Perdido Condominium

This is an 11-story boutique building with 27-units, on a 195-feet low-density beachfront. A significant change in subsurface conditions was noted during our geotechnical exploration through approximately the center of the building footprint. Defining these conditions pre-design and verification during load testing prior to construction commencement saved significant time and cost. BHATE also provided CMT testing and Florida Special Inspections on this project.
