Grandview Medical Center

The 372-bed Grandview Medical Center, includes a 930,000-square-foot hospital, a 1 million-square-foot parking garage, and a 220,000-square-foot professional office building, with a construction cost of about $300M. BHATE was the original geotechnical engineer for this project for HealthSouth, when Brasfield & Gorrie began construction of the building. Subsequently, CHS took over the property and retained BHATE through the new project’s completion. Our services included an underground mine condition assessment, geotechnical evaluation, and CMT/SI services for the entire new hospital complex.
