Park 35 on Clairmont

This is a 271-unit multistory apartment complex bordering the Highland Park Golf Course in Birmingham, Alabama. The site topography required a 30’+ excavation adjacent to the street for construction of the building and parking structure which presented unique challenges due to adjacent 50+ year old homes. BHATE worked closely with the developer, design team, and the contractor to develop geotechnical design solutions for this complicated site and also provided all CMT/SI services.
