Celebrating Progress: BJCC Topping Out Ceremony for the Coca-Cola Amphitheater
Our team had a fantastic time attending the BJCC Topping Out Ceremony on December 6th, celebrating a major milestone in the construction of the highly anticipated Coca-Cola Amphitheater! It was a moment of pride to see the progress made and to be surrounded by so many partners, leaders, and community members who are bringing this exciting new venue to life.
Bhate Geosciences is honored to play a key role in this transformative project for downtown Birmingham. We were selected to provide geotechnical engineering services during the design phase, ensuring the site was properly evaluated and prepared to support the structural needs of the amphitheater. As the project moved into construction, we continued our involvement by delivering materials testing and special inspections, helping to ensure that the work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
The Coca-Cola Amphitheater promises to be a landmark destination for Birmingham—bringing world-class entertainment, boosting the local economy, and further enhancing the revitalization of the BJCC campus and Uptown District.
